1956 Fender Champ 5F1

This beautiful little amplifier was found at an estate sale. It is completely original. According to the date stamp, it was born in August of 1956. The tone that comes out of this amp is really unbelievable! However, I have chosen to shelf this amp. I'm sure that I will continue to play it occasionally, but I can't bear to change out the components for this piece of music history. I've decided instead to build a modern version that I can use on a daily basis. Unfortunately, my video was cut off at the end...although, this may be a blessing because I might have rambled on for days jamming with this little Champ!
