Tengra fish 500 grams
For fish marination
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Ingredients
for grinding masala

Coriander seed 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 2 tsp
Dried red chilli 10 - 12

Tomato 2 medium size
Onion 2 medium size
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
Oil 4 - 5 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli pdr 2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Potato 2 medium size
Coriander leaves
