Описание к видео How to Replace a Camshaft Actuator / Solenoid on a Mercedes C300 2008

This video shows you how to replace the Camshaft Actuator (also referred to as Camshaft Solenoid or sometimes Camshaft Magnet) on a Mercedes C300 (model year 2008) and later - W204 body style. The car showed the DTC code / engine code P0012 “continuous camshaft adjustment (RIGHT), incorrect position of the intake camshaft (P0012)”.
The video shows how to replace the intake camshaft actuator / solenoid in bank 1 (passenger side of the engine). The procedure takes about 30 minutes to complete. The process is similar for other three camshaft actuators / solenoids, however, there may be items in front of the other actuators that you may need to remove to get proper access to remove / reinstall the actuators which may take a bit more time to complete the job.
