2nd Grade Curriculum Picks | 2023-2024 Homeschool | Sneak Peaks Included

Hey everyone!! Welcome Back!
My name is Rene. I’m a wife and mama to three kids ages (9,7,3). This is our 1st year of homeschooling and My oh My what a journey it has been. So far we are getting settled into our school routine, which I’ve quickly learned, no two days look the same, and not every day is a perfect school day. Which is fine because we are still discovering what works for us, I must admit I’m loving the growth I’m seeing in my family (and Me). In today’s video, I’m going to be sharing the curriculum picks for my 2nd grader! Listen, narrowing down on what seems like millions of curriculums to choose from can be very intimidating. On top of the added pressure I felt because I wanted to pick the “PERFECT” curriculum pretty much on the first try for my kids. Had to let that go real, quick. I’m learning it’s ok to try and then try again until I find what works best for my kids. Also what works best for others may not work for us. I’m feeling pretty confident with the picks I’m sharing with you today, and I hope after watching today’s video you leave feeling inspired knowing that it’s ok if a curriculum works for another family and not yours, or if it just isn’t working at all for your kiddo and your trying to force it to fit your family, you may just need to try other options. Keep in mind that you are free to create a space that works amazing for you and your family, keep pressing forward. Never compare yourself to others!
