“We thought that was a perfect name for win, sitting down and enjoying wine with your loved ones," says Brent Gee of Dwell Wines.

It's one of the newest tasting rooms to open in Southern Oregon, right on Williams Highway in the Applegate Valley.

“I got up in the beginning of 2019 and I would always do New Years goals, and one of them was fulfill dream of living on a vineyard and making wine or move on. During the month of January, googled vineyards for sale and this one came up and that’s how we got here," Brent says about the serendipitous adventure.

Brent's wife, Linda says the vineyard was just the right size and they named it "Kenyon Vineyard" after Linda's father, who introduced them to the Applegate Valley.

“My dad lived here, in the Applegate Valley for 30 years and so we’re familiar with the area and we really wanted to move out here when we were done working in Dallas and if we could get a vineyard to live on, that’d be a plus," Linda says.

The tasting room is open daily from 11-5.
