DID MY TRAINING PAY OFF? Rusty Lung Trail | Salida Enduro Stage 2

"Rusty Lung" is a blue flow trail in Salida, Colorado. It was stage two of five stages in the 2024 Salida Enduro, but it was my first stage because amateurs don't race the first stage.

I've been working on my fitness over the winter and early season, and wanted to see how I fared on a "cardio" stage like Rusty Lung. Although I didn't get first place, I'm really happy with the improvement between last season and this season. I also feel like I'm cornering smoother which means less energy spent and more speed kept!
