Ingredients
For the cookie dough:
90g unsalted butter
90g brown sugar
1 egg
180g plain flour
15g matcha powder
1/2 tsp baking powder (2g)
50g white chocolate chips

For the mochi dough:
70g glutinous rice flour
20g corn starch
15g sugar
140ml milk
15g unsalted butter

Steam for 20 mins to make the mochi dough
Bake at 190ºC for 12-15 mins
