The Breeze And I (previously called Andalucía), was written by Ernesto Lecuona with Emilio de Torre adding Spanish lyrics. English lyrics were then added by Al Stillman.

The best-known versions of the song were by Jimmy Dorsey in 1940 and by Caterina Valente in 1955. Valente's reached Number 13 in the United States and the top 5 in the United Kingdom in 1955.

The Shadows recorded their version in 1963 as the B Side to Footapper.

Equipment used was my Fender Stratocaster 60's NOS Custom Shop guitar into my TVS 3 echo and then into my Vox AC15 C1. Backing track was provided by the TVS guys and is essentially The Shadows on the left channel and my lead guitar on the right channel.
