The proactive step taken by Axis Fund House in investigating 2 of their own fund managers has to lead to the entire set of existing and new investors asking many questions. Is my money safe? Should I redeem it? Is every mutual fund a scam?

This has not come at the right time. Markets are already generating negative returns owing to issues outside of India’s control and now this. The investor's confidence is thoroughly shaken.
