1 tbsp butter

1 Red Bell Pepper
Green Onions
8 cloves of Garlic, minced
1/2 white onion
Yu Choy (Chinese broccoli)
Cilantro (Optional for garnish)
Chili (Optional)

Marinade:
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Stir Fry Sauce:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Scriracha (optional)
