I’ve heard a lot about Affinity Photo being a powerful alternative to Photoshop, so I wanted to see how it actually feels to use as a beginner. I’ll be exploring the interface, testing out some basic tools, and sharing my honest first impressions along the way.

I’m also talking a bit about the Canva acquisition and what that might mean for creators going forward — good, bad, or somewhere in between.
