Recipe for Only Two Ingredients Bread

Ingredients:
• 3 cups self-rising flour
• 1 3/4 cups regular plain yogurt

Tools:
• Loaf pan
• Parchment paper
• Silicone spatula
• Wooden spatula (optional)
• Skewer for testing
• Oven pre-heated to 375°F

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Prepare the loaf pan: Line your loaf pan with parchment paper, covering it along the long way. Let the parchment paper hang over the sides as handles for easy removal.
3. Add the yogurt: In a large bowl, add 1 3/4 cups of regular plain yogurt. Avoid using Greek yogurt, as it will affect the texture.
4. Mix the dough: Add 3 cups of self-rising flour into the bowl with the yogurt. Use a silicone spatula to mix everything together until well combined. If the dough feels a bit too stiff, add a little more yogurt to loosen it up.
5. Transfer the dough to the pan: Spread the dough evenly in the prepared loaf pan. Don’t worry if it’s not perfectly smooth; it will still bake beautifully.
6. Bake the bread: Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. If the top begins to brown too quickly, cover it loosely with parchment paper or foil to protect it while the rest of the bread cooks.
