Salt, to taste
600ml water
(Optional) For tadka – 1 tsp ghee, peanuts, jeera, hing, curry leaves, slit green chilli, garlic

2–3 medium tomatoes, steamed
1/2 small onion
1 cloves garlic
1 green chilli
Handful of fresh coriander leaves
Salt, to taste
