It’s time for two rivals to go Head to Head in our first RivalLocke Versus on the channel. In this Nuzlocke versus race, anything can happen, losing to a Gym Leader, our Rival, the Elite Four, or even our OWN Pokemon. Let’s start with Season 1, in the world of Sinnoh.

Pokemon RivalLocke Versus Rules

1. Any Pokemon that faints is unusable and must be put in the “Death” box.
2. You can only catch the first Pokemon encountered in each area and none else. If the first encounter faints or runs away, there are no second chances.
3. You must also nickname all of your Pokemon, for the sake of the emotional bonds.
4. The first person to enter into the hall of fame wins.
5. Level Cap will be implemented prior to each gym, level cap will be 3 levels above the gym leaders’ Ace Pokemon. If a Pokemon goes past that cap, they must be boxed until the gym is beat.
6. After every 4 episodes, both players will have a wifi battle and the winner decides a trade that must happen between the players. (Battle will be Singles, 3v3, for time) (Can’t take losing players strongest pokemon prior to 4th Gym)
7. Legendary Pokemon (Box Art and Above -Ubers-) are not allowed, however, can be used as tokens for a new encounter on a route of your choosing. ( The player has to decide before going into the said route that they wish to use their token).
