Social skills are complex but at the same time easy. The most underrated skill I continuously see coming up is not the art of talking, but the art of listening. This video was inspired by a book by Carl Rogers - Active Listening in which he discusses the importance of listening with care, with great detail and how to do it. It discusses in detail how to actively listen and these are the main points that I wanted to cover for you to be able to take your life a step closer to your dream life.
