In this video, Rachel introduces the Pokit Innovations All-In-One Multimeter and the Digi 6-Port Multi Programmers for XBee devices.

Pokitmeters are highly portable, all-in-one multimeters with oscilloscope and logger functions are proclaimed to be the world’s smallest wireless multimeter. Fitting into a shirt, pant or coat pocket as well as keychains and fobs combined with 16” retractable leads to prevent tangling makes this tool extremely convenient. Connecting the Pokit meter transforms a smartphone into a multi-functional electronic test tool. The Pokit meter supports AC/DC voltage measurements, can capture waveforms using the integrated oscilloscope and can be left in-circuit for up to 6 months. The best part about this product is that it’s wireless and portable with a 30 ft Bluetooth range. The Pokitmeter can measure 10mV to 60V DC and 10mV to 42VAC RMS at a 1% accuracy. It can also measure resistance, continuity, ambient temperature, and perform diode checks.

The XBee Multi Programmer by Digi International is a combination of hardware and software that enables users to program multiple Digi radio frequency (RF) devices simultaneously. It provides a fast and easy way to prepare devices for distribution or large network deployment. Interchangeable header boards, purchased separately, accommodate through-hole, surface-mount, and micro-mount Digi XBee form factors. Each programmer package comes complete with the programmer, USB cable and power supply. Digi-Key integrated these units into its custom programming area now offers module flashing as a value-added service. Any of the XBee or XBbee3 module product pages on the Digi-Key website with a custom programming flag icon at the top of the page can be flashed with a custom configuration.
