Most of students get sleep while they study. It is very common for all. As they fall into sleep,they never complete their academic syllabus. As a result, they do not get their expected results. This video will help those student to avoid sleep when study or work.It has identified 5 effective ways by which one can stay awake and concentrate on study.

(1) DON'T STUDY IN BED

Generally, students study in bed and after sometimes they get asleep. Because, they feel better and more comfortable in bed.So, the advice is to study in table-chair.Sometimes, it happens that they might sleep there. So,to overcome sleep, they have to move around the room.

(2) PROPER LIGHT

There is a possibility to asleep when you will study in limited light. Because, you have a daily habit to switch off your light before go to sleep. Therefor, study such a place where you have sufficient light.

(3) STUDY PLAN

Most of students who study without planning. Sometimes, they don't know what to study, how to study, which chapter should be study
As a result, they feel bore and get tired quickly. So, the solution to avoid your sleep by planning your studies, separating you chapter.
So, a powerful master plan is the right solution to avoid sleep.

(4) 10 MINUTES BREAK

People can concentrate themselves for 40 minutes in one topic. Then, they feel tired which may cause of getting sleep. So, take 10 minute break while you study for refreshment.It will give you more energy to study for a long time.

(5) GROUP STUDY

The best method to active you on study is the group study. It will always help you to stay awake and involved in group discussing.
So,try to study in a seiner or library room.
