Long work day ( almost becoming a norm for the past 6 months) recapture and work with new material manufacturing audit for glass lamination assembly and autoclaving processes. The fourth successful lamination process related challenge solved in 7 less than 7 days.

That is a new record taking the level of complexity related to the lamination processes and various interlayer materials involved in these specific cases. I thrive from successful results to help my clients achieve their targets and their employees relieved from pressures these production challenges sometimes create. Glass processing and coaching, consulting, and training are my passion. It is wonderful to help and support people organizations I work with may it be the largest carmaker in the world, or multinational top-5 automotive glass producer, or a privately owned company manufacturing various types of heat treated glass products, usually laminated, sometimes complex laminations like Polycarbonate, Polyurethane, PVB, or just simple single interlayer laminates with PVB, SGX / SGP, EVA or TPU or smart interlayers.
