Green Seasoning herb and spice blend - how I preserve my fresh herbs into a flavor booster

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp thyme
2 Tbsp fennel seeds
1 Tbsp aniseed
1/2 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp coriander seeds
6 star anise
2 Tbsp white pepper corns
1 cup chopped ginger
1 cup peeled garlic
8 fresh sprigs rosemary (Substitute with 6 Tbsp dry rosemary)
4 sprigs fresh sage
Optional 4 Fresno chilis
20 small red onions/ shallots (substitute with 4 large onions of any kind)
1 green bell pepper
1 bundle cilantro/ 1&1/2 cups
1/4 cup total of extra virgin olive oil
1 bundle parsley/ 1&1/2 cups
10 Serrano chilis optional
10 scallions
juice of 1 lemon
