All you need is a pair of light-medium set of dumbbells. I'm personally using 5 lbs, but don't worry if you have different weights; you can easily adapt the routine to your strength level – and guess what? You can even do this workout without any weights at all, using just your body weight!

This workout is designed to target those arm muscles, giving you that toned and defined look you've been aiming for. And the best part? It'll only take 10 minutes of your day!
