Arizona Contains the Largest Kimberlite Pipe in the World; Buell Park

Diamonds are commonly found in kimberlite pipes. Yet, not all kimberlite pipes contain diamonds. One of these pipes, which is the largest in the planet and measures more than 2 miles in diameter is located in Arizona. #geology #arizona #diamond #kimberlite
