Came across these altarpieces rather accidentally. They were commissioned by two members of the de Ternant family.
Philippe de Ternant was a Burgundian knight who often took part in the battles of the duke. His son Charles grew up with Charles the Bold at the Burgundian court.
I got the information about the triptychs mostly from a leaflet we found in our gite.
The combination of the lighting and the glass in the church made filming and photographing rather difficult, so sorry for that.
Experimented a bit with a spoken video as I got tired of typing. Also sorry for that, ;)
