6. Garlic – 3-4 cloves, minced
7. Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
8. Cumin seed– 1/2 teaspoon
9. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
10. Red Chili Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
11. Coriander Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
12. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
13. Salt – to taste
14. Coriander 1 tbsp, cumin 1 tbsp and fennel seeds 1 tbsp
15. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
16. Oil for frying
