Türausbau mittels flexiblem Handhabungs-Manipulator (Doppelseilbalancer)
am ROLLYX-SCHIENENSYSTEM
Die schwebende Handhabung von Fahrer- und Beifahrertüren mit einem Gewicht von etwa 30 kg hat die Strödter Handhabungstechnik GmbH ermöglicht.
Nachdem der Anwender am Arbeitsplatz per Wahlschalter das jeweilige Kfz-Modell festgelegt hat, können die unbehandelten Türen mittels eines speziell angefertigten Handhabungsgeräts aus der Karosse entnommen, schwebend zum Türengehänge
bewegt und dort ohne Kraftaufwand lagegenau positioniert werden.

Es handelt sich um einen DUO-MAT 80 am Rollyx-Schienensystem.

Lautlos und energieeffizient lassen sich die Türen durch Greifen am Türrahmen aufnehmen, schwenken, kippen und an den Zielort verfahren. Ohne Anstrengung,
ohne die Gefahr von Beschädigungen der Kfz-Tür durch belastende Arbeitsabläufe.

Strödter Handhabungstechnik GmbH allows floating handling of doors and passenger doors with a weight of 30 kg.
Provided that the worker has defined the respective vehicle model by selector switch, the untreated doors can be taken out of the car body by means of a specially designed handling device, then floatingly moved to the door hanger, where they can be positioned precisely.

It is a DUO-MAT 80 suspended on ROLLYX rail system.

By gripping the door at the door frame these can be picked up, swung over, tilted and moved to their place of destination. Without effort or danger of damages to the vehicle door due to physically demanding workflows.

Strödter Handhabungstechnik GmbH allows floating handling of doors and passenger doors with a weight of about 40 kg.

Fully-covered doors of different vehicle models are taken out of a door hanger by means of a special purpose-built handling device. Provided that the worker has defined the respective vehicle model by selector switch, the doors are then floatingly moved to the car body, where they may effortlessly be mounted in accurate position. The doors may be picked up by drawing-in and then noiselessly and energy-efficient be moved to their destination. Without effort or danger of damage to the vehicle door due to physically challenging workflows.
