We're in Jozi!

Guys we're here and we're getting active. In this video I will show you what it's really like in the beautiful city of Johannesburg. You will see in depth view of the famous township of Soweto! You will also be able to see Maboneng and what nightlife looks like in the city. Finally you will be able to see Downtown Johannesburg and what it's like in the busy city.

I will give you more details on the specifics about each of these towns in the vlogs to come. But just some details now:
Soweto is a very large and diverse township in terms of how it looks. In this video I show one of the main streets in Soweto, Vilakaze st, where the Nelson Mandela house is. This is the home Mandela lived in with his first wife and their children and again with his second wifi and their children. There are lots of shops along the street which sell handmade South African clothes, jewelry and others stuff. Just great vibes overall.
Maboneng is WHERE IT'S AT! In this video, I show you Maboneng in the day when people are out and about on more casual vibes as well as it in the night when people are out to PARTY! In this part of town, there are lots of lounges, especially hookah lounges. There are also local shops which sell beautiful handmade pieces. All in all, this part of town is one of my absolute favorites. There's so much to do and it's always so active and lively here.
Downtown Jozi actually reminds me a lot of New York with all of the hustle and bustle. Lots of street food available and lots of places to get your hair done. This specific part I show in the video is called Parktown.
Sandton is the upperclass downtown basically. There you will find lots of high end shops in the malls and upscale dinning, such as the restaurant I show you in this video, Tashas. The food is good, but I do prefer more local foods than this, but when you wanna be classy, this is the place to be. Lots of traditional American dinning is located in Sandton as well, such as Hard Rock Cafe.
