Introducing, The Kia Syros.
Kia has announced that bookings for the Syros will open on January 3, 2025 and the deliveries of the Kia Syros are set to begin from February 25, 2025.

As per our dealer sources, the new Kia Syros will be offered in
eight colour options –
Blue,
Pewter Olive,
Black Pearl,
Red, Grey,
Blue,
Silver, and
White.
It will be offered in six variants, including
HTK,
HTK (O),
HTK+,
HTX,
HTX+, and
HTX+ (O).
The dashboard of the new Syros will house a wide digital display integrating the infotainment system and instrument cluster, creating a seamless and modern layout. Key interior highlights include a two-spoke steering wheel, ambient lighting, wireless charging, connected car technology, ventilated seats, and a panoramic sunroof.
KIA SYROS evolved by the future It is likely to borrow the same engine options as the Kia Sonet, which has three engine options:
1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that churns out 83 PS and 115 Nm mated with a 5-speed manual transmission.
The Syros features a new aircraft throttle-like gear shifter, and push-button start/stop. It also features a newly designed 2-spoke steering wheel which houses controls for drive and terrain modes, a wireless charging pad, a panoramic sunroof, and multiple Type-C USB ports. The teaser also reveals that the Syros will feature a multi-layer dashboard theme and it also houses a separate button for the camera, physical controls for frequently operated functions
1-litre 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine (120 PS/172 Nm) mated with a 6-speed clutch-pedal less manual (iMT) or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT).
1.5-litre diesel engine (116 PS/250 Nm), paired with a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed clutch (pedal)-less manual (iMT) or 6-speed automatic transmission.
Its safety kit is expected to include six airbags (as standard), electronic stability control (ESC), a reversing camera, and ISOFIX child seat anchorages.
Kia Syros Sunroof/Moonroof
The fascia of the Syros. It features vertically stacked cube-shaped LED headlamps with DRLs, upright bonnet, and a silver skid plate with black elements on the bumper. The other big highlight is the inclusion of a large panoramic sunroof.
The launch of the new Kia Syros is scheduled for 19 December, 2024. Upon its launch, this new Kia SUV will sit above the Sonet and will rival the Citroen Basalt, Tata Curvv, Honda Elevate, Citroen Aircross, and the MG Astor.
