In this episode, I explore the Heroine’s Journey through Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz—a modern myth that reveals how women reclaim their inner authority. Dorothy isn’t chasing romance or external approval; her path is about self-reliance, instinct, and the inner resources she’s had all along.

Through Glinda, the Wicked Witch, the Scarecrow, and her other companions, we see a story of integrating feminine and masculine aspects—an arc that mirrors the inner work so many of us face during major life transitions.

This is the same framework I use with clients, blending Internal Family Systems and the Enneagram to help them understand their parts, heal old patterns, and return to their own center.
