I want to acknowledge that licensed mental-health care should be consulted, and there are many extraordinary therapeutic modalities available today. Three approaches I have tremendous respect for are:
• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): especially powerful for single-incident trauma
• IFS (Internal Family Systems): the transformative “parts work” developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz
• Somatic therapies that help reconnect the body and mind in profound ways.

My work—helping individuals release trapped emotional and energetic patterns—is just one piece in a much larger system of healing. Many families come to me after trying every avenue they know, still searching for relief, clarity, and peace. I feel honored to contribute to that process when guided to do so.
