𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗜 𝗦𝗤𝟱 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗛 | Awakening the Hydrophobics of Dr. Beasley's Nano Resin Pro Ceramic Coating

𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗜 𝗦𝗤𝟱 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗛
Last summer, my friend Alex Dewar (‪@Buckyvw‬) and I coated my SQ5 with Nano Resin Pro by Dr. Beasley's. In the eight or nine months since application, this coating has endured constant and continual abuse. While the glossy properties of the coating remain intact, I have noticed a reduction in the slickness and hydrophobic properties of its overall performance.

In detailer-speak, Nano Resin Pro is a "sheeter", but the sheeting action seems to be lacking. I recently connected with my friend Chris at Dr. Beasley's to share my concerns and he suggested I conduct a thorough decontamination wash. With some product recommendations from professional detailer Lance Beckett, this video demonstrates the process I undertook to get this coating back on track in terms of providing the super satisfying hydrophobic properties we all associate with high quality ceramic coatings.
