How to create a Dissolve / Disintegration Effect in Blender (Procedural Material)

Описание к видео How to create a Dissolve / Disintegration Effect in Blender (Procedural Material)

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to create a dissolving or disintegrating effect in Blender 2.83+ and apply them to any material. This effect was used as an enemy death effect in the indie game Lucen, so I wanted to recreate that same effect in Blender. This tutorial is fully procedural, using only nodes in Blender, no custom textures.

Please keep in mind that this tutorial requires Blender 2.83 and above due to the new additions to some of the shader nodes such as the Wrap operation for the Math node and the new settings to the Noise and Voronoi node.

You can play the game Lucen yourself on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/12...
