Rare Over Sized Loads Brought To CSX Railroad Interchange By Dupps Railroad. 2 CSX Mixed Freights Book Down The Main Line. Trains In Carlisle, Ohio And A Space Ship House. A look at the rusty rail main line on the Dupps Railroad industrial spur to Germantown, Ohio. A horn salute included! The branch line to Dupps in Germantown, Ohio rarely gets used. It is rusty all the time, even after a short train passes over it. The line is about 5 miles long and Dupps is the only user of the line other than CSX using the south end occasionally to store a freight car or maintenance of way equipment. The line is used less than a dozen times a year when Dupps ships out equipment. Google Dupps for more info. I have a video of their red locomotive pulling cars over a crossing in Germantown. After looking at the over size loads at the CSX interchange we see a couple of fast mixed freights running northbound on the CSX Toledo Sub. These trains came from Cincinnati Queensgate Yard. We also see a spaceship type of home sitting next to the Dupps line. Have you ever seen a home like that? What do you think about the Dupps line and the huge machines that they ship? I sure would like to film a train running on that 5 mile branch line.
