We cover everything, from how I got into the sport after seeing two guys throw down in a grappling beach brawl, to jumping into the fire in my first ever BJJ class, to where I am at now as a brown belt with 12 years of experience.

I share a lot of key learnings in this one, including a few surprises that people who are newer to the game will find re-assuring.

Safe to say, it hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows along this path…
