In this 14th episode of Aarvam Akshita Nandgopal and Sonal discuss about the five South Indian states i.e Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Tamil nadu and Kerela.

From Kerala, they discuss about the case of Human Sacrifice. The horrific killings of two women, purportedly as part of a human sacrifice for financial gains, have sent shock waves through Kerala and led to a cry for a law against sorcery and witchcraft. Akshita also explained how extortion and case of human sacrifice is possible in state which has highest literacy rate in the country.

From Tamil Nadu, they discuss about the on going controvresy on Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan surrogacy row Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan surrogacy row. Why does Tamil Nadu government ordered an inquiry in this case?

They also discuss about the ongoing debate on Andhra Paresh's capital. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy initiated the three-capital concept in the very first year of his office. However, the Opposition has not been in favour of the idea. We have discussed all the aspect in detail in this episode of Aarvam.

Also, Akshita explained the story behind Kantara since Rishab Shetty's film has become the sixth Kannada film to cross the ₹100 crore mark worldwide. She says that the film is set in the fictional village of Dakshina Kannada and it is deeply rooted in Karnataka folklore of a mysterious deity and how he protects his people from evil.
