Adult: Do the exact same setup as child, but release the rang 1 frame later, and release target during the swim to be able to reach the shore in time.

There are almost certainly more frame combinations that work, but this jump is pretty precise due to the doubly sloping ground and the target camera turning. You also have to try to release the rang very late into the jump so that it has enough distance, but also be able to get back to land for the HP to land.
