The Holy Love 4 Experience is a way of receiving Reiki energy and can be used by anyone watching this video (including groups of people).

This is what it helps with:
All of the Holy Love Experiences are focussed around reconnecting with and receiving loving Divine energy. In the case of Holy Love 4, the consciousness within the Holy Fire® energy evaluates where you are at currently, and provides the appropriate type of energy to facilitate healing or to help you to take your next developmental step on the spiritual path.

The energy works deeply within your subconscious. As such, you may simply feel calm and relaxed. You may see colours or feel the energy flowing through various parts of your body. Alternatively you may enjoy other inner experiences. All you have to do is to passively observe what is going on; almost like you are listening to or watching a movie.

It is good to know that the most important effects take place below your level of awareness and then percolate steadily to the level of your conscious mind. Consequently, you may not be aware of the full effect of what has happened until hours or days after the experience is over.

You can repeat this experience over and over. For instance you could use this video on a weekly basis. In doing so it allows the effects of the experience to bed in and settle before you repeat it.

What do You Need to Do?
Please ensure that you are either seated or laid comfortably without distraction (as far as is possible)

The format for the experience is that it starts with a brief guided meditation, after which you remain with your eyes closed and enjoy (or follow) the energy. The actual 'experience' lasts approximately 20 minutes. During this time, please be open to the loving energy and become the observer of it and your body as you experience its healing.

If you are laid down and wish to sleep then you can pause or stop the video once the experience has started (any time after I have stopped talking).

Otherwise if you leave the YouTube video playing I will call you back after approximately 20 minutes.

YouTube Recommendation
By default YouTube will automatically play another follow-on video. If you are in a deep state of relaxation at the end of this video you may find this jarring. As such I highly recommend that you go to YouTube settings and disable this feature.
