A daily exercise routine to keep kids active and energized throughout the day!

Kids need to exercise every day if they want to stay healthy, strong, and get rid of unwanted and unhealthy fat. That's why I prepared this video workout with easy and fun exercises that they can easily do at home. It's a set of simple and effective physical activities to keep kids active, and to help them burn fat and calories from their bodies. The workout starts with a series of fast-paced cardio routines, then we'll do standing core exercises, followed by a series of dynamic exercises and some stretching movements to relax their muscles and finish the routine.
