Picked up my BEST ZWIFT RESULT yet, took delivery of the Wahoo Kickr Rocker plate and ate all sorts of crap.

This is a training Vlog, it is nothing more than a simple, quickly put together, summary of my recent training, thoughts and insights. It is not a well produced video on anything in particular so may only be of interest to someone following my training routine (if such a person even exists 😂) Watch at your own risk but, if you are new to the channel, it may not be the best place to start!
