This film is from a collection of sessions throughout the COVID pandemic in 2020-2021.

During a series of lockdown orders from the NSW State Government, Matt was forced to stay within a 5km radius of his home in Sydney. This coincided with a unique winter of waves thanks to La Nina weather season

Riding a plethora of surfcraft from 5''7 to 9'6", William Hunt was there to capture it go down. From the offshore reefs to suburban beach breaks, Matt made the most of his diverse quiver and the waves on offer, pushing himself at times into a new realm of possibility and learning a lot as he went.
