Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden responding to the ongoing impeachment investigation into President Donald Trump says President Donald Trump is "unhinged" and he says "I'm worried about what he'll do in the next year in his presidency. As this thing continues to rot on his watch."
Former Vice President Joe Biden tells reporters in Los Angeles on Friday that "All this talk of the president about corruption comes from the most corrupt president we've had in modern history. He's the definition of corruption."
Seemingly heated Biden says that the impeachment investigation into President Donald Trump that has widened into a constitutional battle between the executive branch and Congress has unsettled the president.
A House committee has sent a subpoena to the White House demanding documents that could provide details on President Trump's effort to push Ukraine to produce information that could damage Joe Biden's presidential run.
Trump has resisted Democratic attempts to produce documents and administration witnesses for the impeachment inquiry.
Biden said, "I know what occurred in Ukraine. I know what occurred in terms of China. I know what occurred in terms of Russia. This is a president trying to get three of our most -- two of our most serious competitors and not allies to decide this election. Decide who he runs against. This guy, like all bullies he's a coward. He does not want to run against me. That's what this is about."
