Almond Joy/Mounds Bars
1 &3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 &3/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chocolate almond bark or semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
Almonds to your liking
I doubled the recipe

. In a large bowl combine the sugar, coconut, and milk, mix well
. Line a baking sheet with wax paper
. Form the mixture into small bars and place on wax lined baking sheet
. Add almonds to top if desired
. Place in freezer for 30 mins or until firm
. Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl, for 30 second intervals stirring after each until melted
. Remove coconut bars from freezer and dip each one in melted chocolate until thoroughly coated
. Place back on wax lined baking lined baking sheet
. Let chocolate harden then place in storage container
