Some molecules are worth more attention than others. Every molecule, whether exhibiting chirality or not, has the ability to individually rotate plane-polarized light. However, in the case of chiral molecules, the cumulative rotations lead to a noticable alteration. An integral molecule crucial for life is sucrose, consisting of two laevorotatory monosaccharides but possessing inherent chirality with dextrorotatory properties. Utilizing the chiral properties of sucrose, glucose and fructose, the objective of the study is demonstrating the effectiveness of the constructed device through optical means.
