The 80s, in my humble opinion, was the golden decade for cartoons in the US. We got some of the best ones during this period and almost all of these were different from each other. Naturally, there was a plethora of great villains, some absolutely vile and violent, the others, sadistic and cruel, with a hint of super-intelligence. So, in this video, I will explore the 20 most disturbing and nightmarish villains from the 80s.
