Art Books For Inspiration - Pt 1.

In this video I share a few art books that inspire me and my paintings.
The first is David Mankin - Remembering In Paint written by Kate Reeve-Edwards. This is an incredible book full of the artist's paintings and the text explains his working practice in depth, from preparatory work in sketchbooks through to the process of creating the finished artwork.
The second is a pair of books illustrated by Dieter Braun and his use of colour is so inspiring. I use this book to colour reference as I love the earthy tones and contrasting palettes.
