Hello everyone! (My apologies for the unflattering angle and my incredibly swollen joints ... but that's not the point of this video!!)

This is Mike Riley's MDA or Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Challenge - the Shaving Cream Challenge! I really support awareness for all kinds of chronic illnesses and this is very important to me! Mike came up with this challenge himself and I really applaud him for raising awareness for not only his condition, but the condition that affects so many others as well.

I hope you are all having a happy and healthy day today! I am really trying to get some of my backlogged videos up (I have just been having a terrible time w/prednisone and flaring ... need REMICADE!), so please bear with me (I also have a pretty nutsy couple of weeks ahead of me) - but trust me, I will get them up!
