This is a no rice dosa recipe.Dosa is usually made with rice and lentil batter, but this one is actually made from pearl barley and moong dal (lentil) batter that does not need to be fermented. Barley is packed with a lot of fibre that helps you keep fuller for longer, thereby preventing cravings and hunger, which keeps your blood sugar level in control.

Ingredients -
Barley rice/பார்லி அரிசி - 1 cup
Moong dal/பாசி பருப்பு - 2 tbsp
Urad dal/உளுந்து - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek/வெந்தயம் - 1/4 tsp
Red Poha/சிவப்பு அவல் - 2 tbsp
water - as required
Salt - to taste
