I have cut down on meat and dairy to try to reduce my blood pressure and cholesterol. Sometimes it seems like a big pain to make a special meal just for one sitting. I started freeze drying all kinds of meals that are for a plant based diet. There were 3 videos leading up to this freeze dried video:
1) Almond Milk / Cashew Milk
2) Vegan Butter Cauliflower
3) Seitan Meat replacement
I also freeze dried some tofu for the heck of it.
Some did not work out like i wanted, but it sure will store well!
