In this video I show you how easy it is to connect the Zoom into a DSLR. In a pinch if you don't have a lavaliere or a shotgun mic on hand it's easy to use the Zoom H6 as a camera mounted recorder and feed it into the dslr to make syncing in post easier and sometimes not even necessary.

The only thing you need is to make sure you have updated the Zoom's firmware to at least 1.10 but preferably 2.0 and any regular stereo cable. In the past you had to purchase a padded cable but with the ability to control the line out level this is no longer necessary.
