The second half of our survey of the world of reggae music brings us back into Roger Steffens' Echo Park Reggae Archives, where we see some rare memorabilia from Haile Selassei's speech to the UN (that Bob Marley turned into the song "War") and The Harder They Come, plus rare, signed 7" singles from The Wailers.

Roger also shares his experiences in the Vietnam War, describes his reasons for ending his Reggae Beat radio show and shares the theory that "I Shot The Sheriff" was about birth control before sending us off with some Taoist philosophy.
