This is "The Castles of Burgundy: Special Edition," a board game designed by Stephan Feld & published by Alea and Awaken Realms. This video includes a rules overview of the new Vineyards expansion, and our review of this early prototype.

*CORRECTION: Vineyard bonus tiles score via triangular scoring (1, 3, 6...) depending on number of connected vine tiles of the same color. Each tile only scores once for its color. This is much better than the way we had played it lol.
