Matt Threadgill, M365 Pre-sales lead at Bytes, begins the video by highlighting that Microsoft have made it incredibly easy to rollout Copilot. He explains that data integration is integral to maximising investments in Copilot. With Microsoft Graph, Bytes were able to easily integrate Copilot into our everyday applications and data to honour existing permissions in SharePoint. However, there are challenges to overcome as with every new technology.

Andy Hill, Digital Adoption at Bytes explains that the main challenges Bytes faced were with training. With busy sales staff, it was important to implement a blended training approach using a Copilot channel in Microsoft Teams, 1-2-1 training sessions, classroom style training sessions, and e-learning. With Copilot changing regularly he recognises it’s important to establish a way to bring everyone up to speed.

Callum Ring, Service Lead – Microsoft Security and Copilot at Bytes, wraps up the video by suggesting that Copilot requires a different thought process outside of the traditional way of thinking when compared to other technologies. It forces people to question where they can be more efficient, and where Copilot can help them reduce workload and stress.
